Accepting these terms

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, purchasing a membership, or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Adult accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create or accept an account. Keep your account credentials private, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you believe an account or invitation has been compromised.

Family stewardship

A primary steward establishes the private family archive and controls invitations. Additional adults receive only the role granted to them. Do not share invitation credentials publicly or invite someone without authority to give them access. A steward may revoke access while preserving prior contributions and authorship.

Your family content

You retain ownership of content you add. You give All Their Days a limited permission to host, copy, process, display, and export that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and family authority to add the material and make it visible to the selected family audience.

Respectful and lawful use

Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or malicious material; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; impersonate another person; or use the product to monitor or control a family member without consent. Contact support@alltheirdays.com to report unauthorized or harmful content or access.

Personal organization only

All Their Days may organize copies of medical, developmental, school, identity, or other records. It does not provide medical, developmental, legal, financial, or educational advice; it is not an emergency service; and it is not the authoritative source for provider, school, or government records.

Private testing

TestFlight and other pre-release versions may contain defects, change substantially, or become temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on a beta as the only copy of irreplaceable material. Testers should keep independent originals and report problems without emailing private family media or documents.

Exports and continuity

The app offers export tools intended to help families keep an independent copy. An export is not complete until it finishes and the family verifies the resulting file. We may change technical formats to improve portability and will document material changes.

Paid plans

All Their Days Family is offered as a $99.99 auto-renewing annual family membership with no introductory trial. The localized store price, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation method are shown before purchase. Apple-billed subscriptions are managed through the customer’s Apple account and Google Play subscriptions through the customer’s Google account. One steward membership covers the family space and its invited adults. We will not prevent an authorized family from reading or exporting already-created content solely because a subscription lapses.

Subscriptions renew unless canceled through the applicable store before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal but ordinarily does not refund the current billing period. Refund requests and purchase disputes are handled under the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable. Availability and changes

We may change or suspend features to protect families, comply with law, or maintain the service. We will use reasonable care and provide notice of material changes when practical, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or permanent availability.

Account termination

You may stop using the service and use the in-app deletion process where available. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security threats, fraud, or unlawful use. Shared-family deletion and transfer may require additional verification to protect other adults and the archive.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.

App-store terms

If you download the app through Apple or Google, the applicable store terms also govern your download, purchase, and use. Apple and Google are not responsible for operating or supporting All Their Days. Where these terms conflict with mandatory store terms, the store terms control for that issue.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will date material changes. Your continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. These terms are governed by Iowa law, without limiting consumer protections that apply where you live.
