These limited terms apply to the All Their Days public website and early-access list. Separate TestFlight terms will be presented before anyone stores family content in the app.
Early access
Joining the early-access list does not guarantee an invitation, release date, feature, or continued availability. TestFlight software is unfinished and may change substantially.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, or use automated systems to overwhelm its forms or infrastructure.
Medical and educational records
All Their Days is intended to help families organize copies of information. It does not provide medical, developmental, legal, or educational advice and should not be relied on during an emergency or as a replacement for an authoritative provider or school record.
Intellectual property
The website's design, copy, and brand materials belong to All Their Days or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of them.
Availability
The website is provided as available during the pre-release period. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it while we validate the product.
