How can we help?

Contact support

Email support@alltheirdays.com with a concise description of the issue, the device you are using, and the app version if available. Do not email children's photos, medical documents, school records, passwords, or recovery codes.

Billing support

Email billing@alltheirdays.com for subscription or purchase help. Do not send payment-card numbers or banking information. Apple and Google manage payment methods and refunds for purchases made through their stores.

Security concerns

If you believe you found a security or privacy problem, email security@alltheirdays.com. Include steps to reproduce the issue but do not access, download, or retain another family's information.

Emergencies

All Their Days is not an emergency service and is not an authoritative medical or school record system. Contact the appropriate provider, school, emergency service, or local authority when urgent help is needed.
