Delete inside the app

Sign in, open Archive and account settings from the Today screen, and choose Begin account deletion. You will confirm your current password and the permanent action before anything is removed.

What deletion covers

The verified account, its private family space, memories, child profiles, and private originals controlled solely by that account are deleted. Shared family material requires a stewardship transfer or removal of other members so one contributor cannot silently erase content controlled by another.

Exports and retention

Where available, create an export before deletion. When deletion completes, the account and associated production archive data controlled solely by it are no longer available through the service. Limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained only for the period required for those purposes. Residual encrypted backups may remain until they roll off under service-provider backup schedules and are not used to recreate a deleted account.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@alltheirdays.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify the request before deletion. Do not attach family photos, videos, or documents.

Early-access list

If you only joined the website early-access list, ask privacy@alltheirdays.com to remove your email address.
